Meeting between NHDA / CMA and ICC and MCR on 2021-12-08.

 Today we had a meeting with General Manager/ NHDA with their relevant officiaIs  as scheduled. ICC & CMA represented the meeting. President, Secretary & Mr. Gagaba Sirimanna participated on behalf of MCRRA.

As per the agenda , GM/NHDA conducted the meeting.

(a.) CMA stressed that the Management Corporation for MCR  will be established after issuing of 50% of the deeds (344) .

(b.)  Until such time MCR will not have legal authority.

(c.) Accordingly GM will make arrangements to get the relevant approvals for MCR payments from ICC or NHDA.

(d.) In order to form the Management Corporation NHDA    GM emphasised its officers to complete 50% of deeds within next two months.

(e.) To collect the receipts of notarial fee paid by residents,  NHDA will send an  officer to MCR  every Friday . 

(f.) The issues arisen regarding four partite agreement for those who have obtained loans will be solved by DGM/Legal.

(g.) GM requested CMA to work out to obtain domestic rate on water bill for MCR as  done for Green Valley project.

(h).  Requested to attend shortcomings/repairs yet to be completed by the ICC as discussed with Mr. Samaranayake /Engineer when he visited MCR.

(i.) Agreed to handover keys to customers who have to pay the balance of Rs. 500,000/-
